Institute of Technology of Cambodia
Established in 1964, Institute of Technology of Cambodia is a public higher education institution providing students with know-how and hands on practice on specialized skills in Science, Engineering and Technology. The two main missions of ITC aligned with the government policy specifically The Ministry of Education Youth and Sport has made ITC the well known leading engineering institution in Cambodia and region that provides the specialized skills related to Science, Technology and Engineering In addition, ITC also has humorous collaborations with partner institutions both private and public such as AUF (France), AUN/SEED-Net (ASEAN), JICA (Japan), Ares-CCD (Belgium), World Bank, Asean Development Bank and industries. Through the collaboration, there are 100 research projects as of 2024 and within that 85 research projects are being implemented. Moreover, to some extend ITC’s curriculums are alternative and modifiable which they can be adjusted to fit with student learning needs.

Royal University of Phnom Penh
RUPP is a public HEIS that provides degrees for both undergraduates and postgraduates in many areas such as science, social sciences and humanities, development studies, education, engineering, international studies and public policy, and foreign languages. The university hosts 30,931students from both undergraduate and graduate programs and approximately 1100 teaching staff. Amongst those, International Business Management is one of the key undergraduate programmes under the umbrella of the faculty of social science.

University of Southeast Asia
USEA is a private university located in Siem Reap province. It was established on July 7, 2006 with 5 faculties namely (1) Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, (2) Faculty of Science and Technology, (3) Faculty of Social Science and Law, (4) Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Languages, and (5) Faculty of Agriculture and Rural Development and one graduate school. In the previous experience, USEA has provided service to blind students until they finish their undergraduate program. In the GAIN project USEA plans to: 1. Revise internal policies to support disabilities studies, 2. Restructure building to disability-friendly space 3. Review programs for disabilities, and 4. Train USEA academics and staff on disabilities aspects.

Western University
Western University was founded as a university by a sub-decree 72 on 17 November 2003 established in Kompong Cham province. WU is a private higher education institution that offers undergraduate programs and the graduate programs in multiple disciplines. The undergraduate programs include associate degree and bachelor’s degree. There are five areas of study for associate and bachelor’s degrees, including Arts, Humanities and Languages, Social Science (Economics and Law), Management and Hotel-Tourism (Business Administration and Hotel- Tourism), Science and Technology (Computer, Architecture and Designs, Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics), and Technical Vocational Education and Training. The graduate programs include Master of Arts in English, Master of Business Administration, Master of Finance and Banking, Master of Public Administration, Master of Hotel, Tourism Management, Doctor of Public Administration, and Doctor of Business Administration. For international recognition, Western University has international bachelor programs in Aviation Industry Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, and Civil Engineering.

Phnom Penh International University
Phnom Penh International University (PPIU), established in 2002, is a distinguished private higher education institution in Cambodia. It aims to deliver quality education aligned with national and international standards, emphasizing digital education and research. PPIU offers a range of degrees from Associate to Master's levels, along with vocational training certificates. It consists of four faculties: Business and Tourism, Law and Economics, Science and Information Technology, Educational Science, and a Post-Graduate School. In its strategic plan for 2020-2025, PPIU focuses on enhancing digitalization in teaching, improving student services, and fostering a culture of support among students. The university aims to be inclusive, especially for students from modest-income families and those with disabilities, offering various programs and opportunities for them to realize their potential. PPIU is committed to working with the GAIN project, aligning with the ASEAN Enabling Master Plan 2025, to enhance inclusivity for students with disabilities. The university has a qualified team ready to participate and sustain this project.

Ministry of Education Youth and Sport
The Ministry of Education Youth and Sport aims to develop human resources that are of high quality and are ethically sound to develop a knowledge-based society within Cambodia. Tasked to provide quality education to around 3.5 million students, including around 200,000 students in higher education, the hierarchy of administration and management of MoEYS consist of 4 levels, namely the national (central) level, the provincial or municipal level, the district level, and the educational institution (school) level. For higher education sub-sector, the management level is cut short to just central and institutional level. Within the central level, MoEYS is structured into 6 divisions; namely Directorate General of Education, Directorate General of Administration and Finance, Directorate General of Higher Education, Directorate General of Youth, Directorate General of Sport, and Inspectorate General. Directorate General of Higher Education (DGHE), the institution joining the GAIN consortium, is responsible for Higher Education policy formulation, management, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation of the functioning of higher education sub-sector of Cambodia. Therefore, the involvement of MoEYS, through DGHE, in this project is crucial for the successful implementation of the project, which will also contribute to realizing the 1st policy and the 2nd Higher Education Goal mentioned above

University of Patras (GR)
The University of Patras is a state University in Greece. It is ranked amongst the top 3% Universities world-wide (mainly in Engineering Sciences) according to several recent studies, due, mainly, to its excellence in the fields of Engineering and Natural Sciences. Founded in 1964, it is the third largest University in Greece in terms of students (approximately 29.000 undergraduates, 3.900 postgraduates), faculty (700 members), scientific staff (236 members, 1.598 research scholars), administrative personnel (418 members), facilities (3 campuses, 180 Research Laboratories. In 2018, UPatras was the first Institution in Greece to receive accreditation for its Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS), in compliance with the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE) Quality Standards as well as the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG). In the course of more than 50 years of presence, the Institution has shifted towards aninternational orientation and adopted a European Cooperation Strategy. Currently, the University is engaged in more than 58 Horizon 2020 and 28 Erasmus+ projects (coordinating a number of them) within a total of 400 active National and International projects. Due to its large student population, UPatras hosts one of the largest physical and administrative infrastructures for student services with significant support oriented towards students with disabilities. UPatras currently implements a large, multimillion programme (funded by National and Regional funds) towards PWD inclusivity with 4 axes: physical infrastructure, support services, a Disability Access Center and educational services.

ReadLab is an Information & Communications Technologies service provider and Education Technology (EdTech) company operating internationally, with partners worldwide. ReadLab designs, develops, supports and operates IT systems and commercialises a wide range of software products in the field of e-learning, using state-of-the-art technologies

University of Rome Tor Vergata
The University of Rome Tor Vergata is a public research university located in Rome, Italy. Established in 1982, UTV operates several structures and commission for students with disabilities and specific learning disorders (DSA) such as CARIS (University Commission for the inclusion of students with disabilities and specific learning disorders, DSA- http://caris.uniroma2.it/). These structures coordinate, monitor, and supports all activities aimed at promoting the integration of students with disabilities, specific learning disorders or temporary difficulties in university life. They implemented a series of integrated actions to overcome technological, organizational, and managerial barriers, as well as to analyze and promote initiatives aimed at overcoming architectural barriers. .

CESIE (IT)
CESIE is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation based in Palermo (Italy) and established in 2001. The organization is committed to promote the cultural, social, educational and economic development at local, national, European and international levels. CESIE contributes to growth and development through the active participation of people, civil society and institutions, always valuing diversity. CESIE relies on 150+ external experts that collaborate for specific activities and projects and the contribution from dozens of interns and European and international volunteers engaged in internships at our organization per year. Moreover, CESIE benefits from a broad network of partners with 3000+ civil society organisations, youth centres, social actors, schools, universities, research centres, public authorities, enterprises and entrepreneurs in the world.
