Enhanced Institutional Capacity for Inclusivity
Cambodian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) will have improved policies, infrastructure, and trained staff to create inclusive, accessible learning environments for persons with disabilities (PWD). Inclusivity will become a core part of institutional operations rather than an isolated initiative.

Sustainable Government Policy Implementation Tools
Actionable and tailored tools will be developed and provided to the Cambodian government to support the effective, transparent, and sustainable implementation and evaluation of disability-related higher education policies.

Stronger Pathways from Education to Employment for PWD
There will be improved collaboration between HEIs and industry, resulting in more inclusive employment opportunities, career services, and job placement programs that effectively bridge the gap between education and the labor market for PWD.

Established Support and Monitoring Systems in HEIs
Comprehensive support mechanisms, including inclusive financial aid programs, monitoring frameworks, and educational resources, will be institutionalized within Cambodian HEIs to ensure ongoing support for PWD students.
